This Order may be cited as the Water Utilities Corporation (Vesting of Assets) Order.
2. Vesting of property in the Corporation
The property specified in the Schedule, being an asset of the Government of Botswana, is hereby vested absolutely in the Water Utilities Corporation with retrospective effect as from 3rd March, 1983.

This Order may be cited as the Water Utilities Corporation (Supply of Water in Bulk) Order.
(1) The Corporation shall supply water in bulk from—
(a) Ntimbale dam;
(b) Ntimbale Water Treatment Plant; and
(c) Maitengwe and Chidumela well fields,
to North East District and Tutume Sub-District.
(2) The Corporation shall supply water in bulk from Chobe River to Chobe Enclave.
