These Regulations may be cited as the Shop and Restaurant Hours Regulations.
2. Limitation of hours during which liquor may be sold in restaurants
Subject to regulation 3, no liquor shall be served in restaurants except between the hours of 12 noon and 11.00 p.m.
3. Limitation of application of regulation 2
The provisions of regulation 2 shall not apply to hotel restaurants.

This Order may be cited as the Shop Hours (Extended Hours) Order.
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—
“supermarket” means a self service store selling within a large floor space a wide range of food items and general merchandise.
For the month of December, supermarkets will be permitted to open for business from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays and from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon on Sundays.
