This Order may be cited as the Delegation of Functions (Directions to Land Boards) Order.
2. Delegation of functions to Minister
The functions conferred on the President by section 11(2) of the Tribal Land Act (Cap. 32:02) for the purpose of giving directions of a general or specific character to any land board in the formulation of policy relating to the exercise of its functions under the Act, are hereby delegated to the Minister of Lands and Housing.
