This Order may be cited as the Noxious Weeds Order.
The provisions of the Act shall apply to the whole of Botswana, as shall the provisions of this Order.
3. Extension of Act to additional noxious weeds
The provisions of the Act shall apply to the noxious weeds listed in the Schedule, in addition to burweed (Xanthium spinosum), as if such other weeds were also mentioned in section 3.
