An Act to determine the maximum number of offices of Minister of the Government of Botswana and the maximum number of offices of Assistant Minister which may be established under section 42 of the Constitution.
[Date of Commencement: 1st September, 1967]
This Act may be cited as the Ministerial Offices (Maximum Number) Act.
2. Number of ministerial offices
The number of offices of Minister of the Government of Botswana which may be established under section 42(1) of the Constitution shall not exceed 18.

3. Number of offices of Assistant Minister
The number of offices of Assistant Minister which may be established under section 42(2) of the Constitution shall not exceed 10.
