These Regulations may be cited as the Qualified Accountant Regulations.
A qualified accountant is an accountant who is a member of any of the institutions specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
1. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
2. The Scottish Institute of Chartered Accountants.
3. The Society of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe.
4. One of the South African Provincial Societies of Chartered Accountants.
