Section 2 of this Act substitutes the words “police officer”, “commissioner of police” and “Proceeds of Serious Crimes Act” for the words “law enforcement officer”, “head of law enforcement agency” and “Proceeds and Instruments of Crime Act” wherever they appears in the Act.
