COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT (ACT 16, 2016)
An Act to amend the Companies Act.
Date of Commencement: On Notice.
Amends: ss 2, 82, 295, 297, 323, 329 and 501.
Repeals: ss 324, 325, 326, 327, 328.
Section 2 of this Act substitutes the words “Stock Exchange” for the words “securities exchange” wherever they may appear in the Act.
