This Order may be cited as the Notice of Funds of the Revenue Service Order.
2. Notice of Funds of the Revenue Service
The Funds of the Revenue Service shall consist of the following percentages of tax revenue with effect from 1st April, 2022—
(a) 2 per cent of the revenue collected per annum to use for recurrent budget; and
(b) 1 per cent of the total annual revenue collected to use for the development budget.
3. Revocation of S.I. No. 102 of 2012
The Notice Funds of the Revenue Service Order, 2012 is hereby revoked.
