An Act to prescribe the salaries or duty allowances to be paid to the holders of certain offices specified in section 122 of the Constitution.

1.    Short title

    This Act may be cited as the Specified Offices (Salaries and Allowances) Act.

2.    Salaries for specified offices

    The holders of the offices specified in the first column of the Schedule shall be paid the salaries set out in the corresponding entry in relation thereto in the second column of the Schedule.

3.    Duty allowance of Chairman of a Delimitation Commission

    The Chairman of a Delimitation Commission shall be paid a duty allowance of P2 250 per day, including the day on which the Commission’s report is delivered to the President.

4.    Duty allowance of member of a Delimitation Commission

    A member of a Delimitation Commission (other than the Chairman) shall be paid a duty allowance of P1 800 per day, including the day on which the Commission’s report is delivered to the President.

Secretary to the Independent Electoral Commission	–	At the rate of P789,396.00 per annum;
Director of Public Prosecutions	–	At the rate of P692,484.00 per annum.
