ACT 21 OF 2022 – CIVIL AVIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT
An Act to amend the Civil Aviation Act.

Amends: ss 2, 4, 8, 28, 41, 43, 45, 62, 64, 68, 72, 80 and 89
Subs: ss 29, 40, 58, 60, 70, 74, 75 and 90
Inserts: ss 44, 62A, 75A, 91A and Schedule
General Amendment: The Act is amended by substituting for the word “incident” wherever it appears in the Act, the words “serious incident” and the word “incidents” wherever it appears in the Act except s. 84, the words “serious incidents”.
