These Rules may be cited as the Acquisition of Property (Board of Assessment) Rules.
The form of notice requiring either the attendance of any person as a witness before a Board of Assessment or to produce any document before the said Board, or to do both shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
Service of the said notice may be effected by delivering to the person named a copy of the said notice and at the same time showing him the original and informing him of the exigency thereof.
Except as otherwise provided by the Act or any rule made at any time under section 31(1) thereof, the proceedings before the Board shall be conducted in accordance with the practice and procedure observed in the High Court in its civil jurisdiction with such variations as circumstances may require.

And take notice that if without reasonable excuse you refuse or neglect to attend before the Board as a witness or to produce any document when required to do so by the Board you will be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding P50 or, in default of payment thereof, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months. |

S.I. 13, 2020.
This Order may be cited as the Acquisition of Property (Board of Assessment) (Fees and Allowances) Order.
(1) The chairman of a Board of Assessment shall be paid a fee of P4 000 for each day on which the Board sits.
(2) A member of a Board of Assessment shall be paid a fee of P3 500 for each day on which the Board sits.
The travelling expenses and subsistence allowance payable to the chairman and to any member of a Board of Assessment shall be at the rates applicable to a public officer.
4. Revocation of S.I. No. 65 of 1973
The Acquisition of Property (Board of Assessment) (Fees and Allowances) Order, 1973 is hereby revoked.
