1.    Citation

    This Order may be cited as the Pounds (Non-Application to Certain Townships) Order.

2.    Non-application of Act

    The provisions of the Pounds Act specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall not apply within the limits of any city or township referred to in the second column of the said Schedule.

1.    Citation

    This Order may be cited as Pounds (Variation of Fees for Certain Townships) Order.

2.    Variation of tariff

    The tariff of fees and rates fixed in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules to the Pounds Act are hereby altered as specified in the Schedules to this Order in respect of pounds, within the following townships and city, namely—

    (a)    Francistown Township;

    (b)    Gaborone city;

    (c)    Lobatse Township;

    (d)    Selebi-Phikwe Township;

    (e)    Jwaneng Township.
