ACT 13 OF 2023 — ARMS AND AMMUNITION (AMENDMENT) ACT
An Act to amend the Arms and Ammunition Act.
Date of Commencement: 1st March, 2024 [through SI 17/2024].
Amends: ss 2, 3, 6, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 19.
Subs: ss 4 and 5.
General Amendment: The ARMS AND Ammunition Act is amended by substituting for the word “P5 000” wherever it appears in the Act, the word “P20 000”.
