1.    Citation

    These Regulations may be cited as the Fencing Regulations.

2.    Forms

    The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be used for the purposes of the Act to which they apply.

    2.     3. If no agreement is reached between us within a period of one month after the service of this notice as to the matters contained in section 5(1) of the Fencing Act, I shall proceed as provided in that subsection.

    2.     3. Your attention is drawn to section 11(1) of the Fencing Act. If no agreement is reached between us within a period of one month after the service of this notice as to the manner in which the dividing fence shall be repaired, I shall proceed as provided in section 11(2) of that Act.

1.    Citation

    This Order may be cited as the Fencing (Application of Act) Order.

2.    Application

    The provisions of the Fencing Act shall apply—

    (a)    with effect from 22nd August, 1962, within the areas set out in the First Schedule;

    (b)    with effect from 17th February, 1963, within the area set out in the Second Schedule; and

    (c)    with effect from 1st June, 1985, within the areas specified in the second and third columns of the Third Schedule in relation to the tribal territories and tribal areas specified in the first column of the said Schedule, other than any land board or any area designated for communal use in any tribal territory or tribal area specified in the first column of the said Schedule.
