These Regulations may be cited as the Change of Name (Fees) Regulations.
No authorisation shall be given in terms of section 2(1)(a) of the Act unless the person concerned has first paid a fee of P100,00 to the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry for the time being responsible for Home Affairs.
3.
Any person who requests a certified copy of a change of name authorisation letter shall pay a fee of P20,00.
