1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle Export and Slaughter Levy Regulations.

2. Levies on cattle exported and slaughtered

Upon every head of cattle-

(a) exported from Botswana; and

(b) slaughtered by-

(i) the Botswana Meat Commission,

(ii) a municipal abattoir,

(iii) a private abattoir, or

(iv) a butchery,

there shall be paid to the Botswana Government, a levy of P30.
