This Order may be cited as the Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Declaration of Illicit Substances) Order.
2. Declaration of illicit substances
(1) The substances as set out in Schedule 1 are hereby declared illicit substances.
(2) The substances as set out in Schedule 2 are excluded from the list of illicit substances.
3. Revocation of Statutory Instrument No. 35 of 1987
The Declaration of Habit-forming Drugs Order is hereby revoked.
